Friday P.M. – Dine in style at one of Monte Carlo’s finest restaurants

A short stay means you’ve every excuse to head straight for the best of the best, so enjoy a feast of Mediterranean cuisine at Le Louis XV. This sublimely beautiful restaurant is located within l’Hotel de Paris, and is the first hotel restaurant to have been awarded 3 well-earned Michelin stars. The level of service is known to be exceptional, and the spotless, charming interior decorated with chandeliers and stately artworks will entice you from the moment you enter and take to your seat. The combination of a world-class menu comprised of exquisite Riviera cuisine created by Alain Ducasse and executive chef Franck Cerutti, and the sensational selection of wines are sure to tantalise and delight the most discerning of guests.

Friday P.M. – Spend a tranquil night in the award-winning Hôtel Metropole

There’s nothing as relaxing and restorative than a night in a 5 star hotel, and when it comes to luxury, Monaco shows the rest of the world how it’s done. Refresh all your senses with a stay in the famous Hôtel Metropole by taking a morning dip in the Odyssey pool followed by breakfasting in the sun-drenched beach area, before a pampering session in the immaculate Hotel spa. Dating back to 1886 this iconic hotel spells sophistication from the inside out, and located only a short distance from the Monte Carlo casino, it’s the perfect, stylish base for your 48 hour stay.

Saturday A.M. – Relax at an Exclusive Beach Club on Larvotto Beach

Unwind on Larvotto, the Principality’s spectacular main beach, which is usually bathed in intense sunshine and attracts those with a penchant for luxury. Rent a sun bed from La Note Bleue and sip cocktails as the sun kisses your skin. Dine on fine Mediterranean cuisine in the beach club’s restaurant and enjoy the melodic jazz that plays from inside – often from a live musician or band.

Saturday P.M. – Experience the Principality’s finest cultural offerings with an evening at the opera

Culture vultures will delight in Monaco’s rich artistic history, and will take full advantage of the spectacular music, art and theatre on offer all year round. It would be a great shame to pass up a night at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo so be sure to plan this into your visit, if not just to appreciate Charles Garnier’s resplendent architecture. The most revered composers and singers regularly grace the opera halls, but if contemporary theatre is more to your taste, the Princesse Grace Theatre will be well worth a visit.
