Book a Meribel Helicopter Transfer Service for the British National Ski Championships

One of the most exciting events in the British alpine calendar – the British National Ski Championships – is coming to the French Alpine resort of Meribel in a matter of weeks.

The crème of British talent are putting the finishing touches to their training for the nail-biting competition, which will take place in Meribel between March 25th and April 2nd.

The event will be followed by the British Children’s Championships which will take place on the same pistes from April 3rd to April 6th.

Sponsored by real estate investors Delancey, the British National Ski Championships allows top UK skiers the chance to race on the same slopes that were recently selected by the International Ski Federation for the Finals of the Alpine Ski World Cup in two years’ time.

This year’s British National Ski Championships – which spectators can reach in less than half an hour from an international airport using out Annecy transfer service – is the ninth event in a row to be held in Meribel, at the heart of the Three Valleys.
And this year the competition attracting hundreds of the most talented skiers from Britain will be attended by The Earl of Wessex, himself a keen skier.
Races take place on the Grand Duc, Gelinotte and Stade slopes, with the finish line and prize-givings being held at la Chaudanne, Meribel’s central lift station which is a mere’s stone’s throw from the heliport used by our Annecy transfer service.

Favorite to win the Men’s Championship is David Ryding, who came third at the Croatian National Ski Championships in the first slalom event held last month.
